Head of Player Care and Engagement at the Premier League
Michelle’s role at the Premier League sees her responsible for the league’s Player Care Programme, and helping to prepare players better for life both in and out of football.
Before joining the Premier League, Michelle spent 31 years working at The Football Association predominantly, with the England Senior Team. She has worked at six FIFA World Cups, six European Championships and with nine different England managers, from Sir Bobby Robson through to Roy Hodgson.
Michelle was responsible for the operational arrangements of the England Senior Team at over 250 games, with roles ranging from International Secretary to Administration Manager, before leaving the governing body as Director of Team Operations following Euro 2016.
