UCFB is delighted to announce that it has been awarded the QAA Review Graphic following a recent QAA review.

The graphic represents the institution meeting or exceeding UK expectations for quality and standards in higher education.

The review stated that UCFB is “making commendable progress with continuing to monitor, review and enhance its higher education provision” – the highest judgement QAA can provide.

Following the monitoring visit in June 2018, the QAA report also stated that:

  • UCFB maintains good practice of providing extensive support for students during the application process and throughout the period of study;
  • UCFB continuously reviews and updates its academic regulations and governance;
  • UCFB has a structured and fully embedded approach to annual quality monitoring.

Paul Cassell, Principal at UCFB, commented: “We’re delighted with this report, and to receive the highest judgement possible is a real vote of confidence in UCFB and the opportunities afforded to our students.

“UCFB is continuously looking to improve and enhance the student experience across all levels of the institution, from the classroom to work experience opportunities, and this report is proof of the good work going on behind the scenes as well as in front of students.”
